Increase Traffic Over 300% in 30 Days for Free

Nov 30 2007 Published by JMorris under Marketing, Social Networking

Approximately 30 days ago, I decided to rededicate myself to this blog. My goals were quite simple.

  • Find a range of topics I like to research and write about regularly.
  • Experiment with writing styles and find one that fits.
  • Start networking with others and start establishing my reputation.
  • Increase the amount of targeted visitors who are likely to become regular visitors.
  • Do all of the above without spending a single penny.

While these goals are rather generic, they were enough to get started. After all, until the end of October, this site was a playground that was only visited by me, friends, family, and a select few associates. I’m happy to say that all of the above goals have been achieved.

The following basic methodology is how I achieved my goals. Specifically, how I increased targeted traffic by 300% without spending a single penny. While the steps I took are most useful for those who are interested in blogging and SEM, with some modification, they are useful for anyone who wants to increase their traffic while keeping their costs low.

Methodology

Get in the Mix

  • Seek Out Hot Spots – Find the most popular and respected sites relating to your industry and subscribe to their feed.
  • Be a Part of the Buzz – Instead of just following the buzz around the Internet, actively participated in the conversations surrounding the buzz.
  • Learn from the Leaders – When you identify who the leaders are, observe them carefully. Note how their sites are setup, how their content is written, how they interact with visitors, where they go and how they interact on other sites. Think of the saying, “If you want what we have, do what we did.”

Build Relationships, Not Just Backlinks

  • One Good Turn Deserves Another – When a person visits your site, visit theirs. If they leave a comment on your site, try to leave a insightful or interesting comment on theirs. If they Stumble your site, try to find a worthy post on their site to Stumble. If they join your community, join their community if it is of legitimate interest. So on and so forth.
  • Be a Conversationalist – In the social web, the software has to be transparent and your focus should be on conversations and building relationships. Ask questions? Gain clarification if needed. Crack jokes. Have Fun. Get to know people and follow up with them.
  • Good Manners Still Matter – Please and thank you will still take you a very long ways.

Write Well and Write Often

  • Know Your Topic – Readers are educated and will know when you’re BS’ing your way through a topic. Research a topic before you write about it. Make sure you have your facts straight.
  • Write for Others – Write posts that serve someone other than yourself. Write posts that are insightful, educational, controversial or humorous. Just be sure to write in such a way that you are adding value to the web, not just taking up bandwidth.
  • Let Yourself Shine Through – The social web is more personal. As such, there are more personalities. Let your own personality shine through. Don’t be afraid to be real. If you are plastic, it will be spotted a mile away and people will avoid you.

Be Memorable

  • Insightful Comments Capture an Audience – Leaving comments on other people’s sites that add value to the conversation makes other people interested in you and they will click the link to your site to see what else you have to say. You don’t always have to drop a link in the text of your comment to get people to visit. Usually, a well thought out comment is just as effective.
  • Friendliness Wins Friends – Seriously, mean people suck. Regardless of the topic at hand, try to be friendly and respectful even if you disagree with someone else. Differences of opinion are just that, differences. By being friendly towards others, you will gain a reputation of being approachable and people will be more likely to participate on your site.
  • Don’t be Afraid to Make Mistakes – Try to think through what you are going to say before you say it, but if you make a mistake (or even 1000 mistakes), don’t give up! Learn from your mistakes and keep moving on.

Be a Social Butterfly

  • Join Reputable Social Networks – Services such as MyBlogLog, Technorati, StumbleUpon, Sphinn, Digg, and many more are excellent sources of highly targeted traffic. Join these services and be and active, contributing member to them.
  • Seek Out Popular Communities in Your Market – In many of the social networking services, there are sub-communities broken down by niche. Join these communities and actively build relationships with other members. Visit their sites and participate in discussions with them.
  • Be a Fan of Others – Don’t wait for people to approach you. Seek out people you can learn from and become their fan/community member. Actively engage them. Don’t worry, they won’t bite.

Putting Things in Perspective

Now, about this time, some readers may be wondering, “I thought you were going to write about how to increase your traffic”. I did. I wrote about how to attract visitors by being a contributing member of the social web. For bloggers and webmasters who want to attract targeted traffic that will return time and time again, the methodology I’ve outlined above is extremely effective.

Yes, there are ways that you can increase your traffic 300% for free and you don’t have to do as much work. However, most such methods only offer an increase in raw traffic that is not targeted and is not likely to become return visitors. Such sources of traffic are fleeting and will not help you to establish your brand/image.

If you are truly interested in developing your blog/site, and you are on a tight budget, the cost you will have to pay is an investment in time. If someone tells you that you can increase your traffic without either investing time or money, they are trying to feed you snake oil. Run, run far far away. Then, go find someone who has a following of thousands and learn from them.

Proof

All of what I’ve said is fine as far as it goes, but it’s just my opinion unless I can prove it. Here is the proof.

November Traffic Statistics

When I look at that screenshot, I have to laugh at myself a bit. Yes, traffic certainly did increase by over 300% in less than 30 days, but if traffic stayed that low, I would have to find a new line of work. ;-) Even with a 300% increase in traffic, the figures are pretty low. Nevertheless, it illustrates what can be done on a $0 budget and just a little investment of time.

What is more important is the fact that a significant portion of the traffic that has come to this site has turned into return traffic. The following is a screenshot of some of the unique IPs that have visited this site in the last 30 days, excluding my own IP and the IPs of search engines. (The IPs have been truncated to protect the identities of the innocent.)

Unique IP Addresses

As I’ve shown here, with an investment in time, strategically becoming more social in your market, adding value to the Internet, writing consistently and writing well, and by letting your self shine through, you can increase your targeted traffic in excess of 300% in as little as 30 days. More importantly, you can increase your visitor retention, thus building your traffic exponentially over time.

If you came here looking for the “secret” to getting more traffic to your site, then I will sum it up for you in one sentence…

The secret to increasing your traffic and building a dedicated following is to add value to the internet through your content and comments, network with others, and actively engage your visitors.

You have read my two cents. Now have your say!
What techniques have you used to build targeted, returning traffic?
Is Social Networking an integral component in your marketing strategy?

Increase Your RSS Subscriptions Automatically

Nov 28 2007 Published by JMorris under Marketing, Wordpress

Everywhere you turn these days it seems somebody is showing off their RSS feed. Some are displaying massive feed buttons. Some are proudly displaying their subscriber count. Some are even engaging in friendly competitions to see who can get the most subscribers. It seems that your RSS subscription count is yet another bragging badge these days.

Putting aside egos and fun for a moment, there are some valid reason why you would want to increase your RSS subscriptions. For instance, increasing your RSS subscriptions can give you new opportunities to network with other bloggers. Increasing your subscription count is also a very effective way to maintain contact with your visitors, thus turning them into repeat visitors.

There have been a large number of articles and techniques published on how to increase your subscriber count. There are services available the make subscribing to your feed compatible with virtually every feed reader. There are plugins that prompt users to subscribe to your feed. There's even been some buzz lately on new services that promote your feed.

With all that has been published about getting more RSS subscribers, one thing I haven't seen yet is in-text links that prompt users to subscribe. I mention this because in-text links are a very effective form of advertising. It is also a very effective way to get subscribers to your feed. To see an example of this method in action, just look at every instance of the word "RSS" on this page. Every instance is a link to my feed. This is done automatically without me needing to type the actual hyperlink each time. I simply type in RSS and the link is created automatically.

Now, in all fairness, I have not searched exhaustively on this subject. I spent a little time searching for a pre-made solution, but after a few minutes, I decided it would just be easier, and quicker to come up with a quick and dirty hack myself. What I came up with is a simple php str_replace() code snippet that you add to your theme's functions.php file. This small snippet of code automatically searches through the body text of your posts and automatically converts every instance of the letters RSS with a hyperlinked variation.

Here is the code you need to add to your theme's functions.php file:

//String Replace RSS with Feed Link
function replace_content($content)
{
$content = str_replace('RSS', '<a href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/JmorrisOnline" title="Subscribe to My RSS Feed!" onMouseOver="window.status=\'Subscribe to My RSS Feed!\'; return true" rel="nofollow">RSS</a>',$content);
return $content;
}
add_filter('the_content','replace_content');

With this simple technique, you can easily increase the exposure of your feed subscription link, thus increasing your subscriber potential. This post serves as a working, if not annoyingly so, example of how this technique works. Keep in mind that most posts do not have as many mentions of RSS, so consider this example a bit of an extreme one.

A side benefit to this technique is that, with a little "out of the box" thinking, you could easily adapt this technique to affiliate marketing. For example, by replacing every instance of the word "hosting" with your affiliate link for your hosting provider. ;-)

NOTES:

  1. In case you were wondering how I was able to type the letters RSS without them becoming a hyperlink, I used the ASCII decimal equivalents to generate the letters, like so:

    &#082;&#083;&#083;

  2. If you want to add a nice feed icon next to your link, add class="rsslink" to the link function, then add following CSS in your theme's stylesheet:

    .rsslink {
background-image:url(/path/to/your/images/feedicon.gif); /*adjust for the path to your feed icon */
    background-position:left center;
    background-repeat:no-repeat;
    padding:0 0 0 12px;
    }

Don't forget to grab this icon -> Little Feed Icon

I hope you've found this short tutorial helpful. And don't forget, subscribe to my RSS feed to stay up to date on the latest posts from my blog. :-D

You have read my two cents. Now have your say!
Do you know of an existing (free) plugin for Wordpress that automatically links every instance of a word to a specified link?
Do you find in-text links to be an effective form of marketing?
Did you figure out that I'm trying to get you to subscribe to my RSS feed?

25+1 Applications You Cannot Live Without

Nov 27 2007 Published by JMorris under Software

First, a disclaimer. This post is for us who, for whatever reason, are still stuck using Microsoft Windows. So, let’s not pull at that thread. ;-)

Below is a list of 25 applications (mostly freeware) that I’ve found over the years that have become an integral part of my daily work and leisure routines. Some are well-known, some are not so well-known. I’ve provided descriptions, in my own words, for each application and how it can benefit you. The additional application is a recent discovery, but it is one I think deserves mentioning and looks to be a tool I will be using quite often. I hope you find this compilation useful.

  1. StartupCPL – This handy little stand-alone application helps you manage what software starts up when Windows starts up. How this is useful is getting rid of those 20 or so applications that continually run in the background using up precious RAM and CPU resources.
  2. Bulk Rename Utility – If you have ever had to go through the tedious process of renaming a large collection of files, like pictures from your camera, HTML files, converting the case of files, removing spaces from file names, ect., you will want to kiss me after showing you this one. This application saves a ton of time doing very boring file renaming tasks.
  3. CCleaner – Short for Crap Cleaner, this application truly lives up to its name. Simply put, this utility quickly, and securely removes the crap that builds up on your Windows system. It also includes a very good Registry utility. If you take the time to configure this utility correctly, it will perform a very thorough cleaning of your system. On average, it clears up a few hundred MB of space on my hard drive and I run it at least once a week!
  4. Notpad++ – The best damn plain text editor for Windows, bar none! With tab support, syntax highlighting, regex search and replace, and a whole host of additional features and plugins available for it, this text editor simply kicks ass!
  5. Filzip – A very simple to use archive manager. As far as freeware archive utilities go, this one is the best IMHO. It doesn’t bug you to buy the full-featured version (it already is the full-featured version), it’s fast, and it supports a wide range of archive and encryption types. The only archive utility I’ve found that I like better is PowerArchiver and it’s too pricey to justify buying. Filzip does everything you need and doesn’t bug you while doing it.
  6. DVDShrink – Free DVD “Backup” Software. You know, for those home videos and for backing up those store bought DVDs.
  7. AxCrypt – Basically, this application integrates with the Windows context menu and gives you one-click encryption of files, of any file extension! For files you are sending to other computers, you can encrypt files to an exectuable that is password protected. If you’re p@r@N0!d like me, this utility is a must have. It’s also a very good tool for managing password files, like the ones you might store on a jump drive. ;-)
  8. Fight The Bull – If you’ve ever found that your writing contains a bit too much “fluff”, this is the MS Word plugin for you. This tool wont make you a better writer, but it will let you know when you’re writing a bunch of “bull”.
  9. Webmaster Password Generator – This very handy utility enables you to generate large quantities of secure password suggestions quickly. Think creating passwords is an easy enough task that you don’t need a utility to do it for you? Try making up a few hundred passwords for an infrastructure or for client sites. This app will save you a ton of time and will help you generate more secure passwords.
  10. Wink – Up until very recently, this utility was my favorite video screen capture utility. It outputs to several formats including web-ready Flash and CD-ready exe. The interface is intuitive and it is a very easy to learn application. Best of all, the price is right… Free!
  11. CPick – This application is indispensables for designers of any type. Have you ever seen a color on a site that you absolutely had to have for your design, but it wasn’t available in your preset color pallets and you couldn’t blend to get the color you want? That’s just one use of this utility. CPick makes it extremely simple to snag the color values from anything on your screen. It also has several useful features to help create that perfect color scheme.
  12. Resize Browser – Web designers/developers will appreciate this application. This tool allows you to define any screen resolution you wish then force applying the corresponding dimensions on your web browser, or any other window you teach it to resize! What I like about this utility is that it forces the proportional dimensions on your windows, meaning that it takes into account your task bar.
  13. Acronis TruImage – This utility is not freeware; however, just one use of this program will pay for it 10x over. Acronis TrueImage is the very best mass market disk backup/imaging solution I’ve been able to find. TrueImage does a bit-by-bit backup of your hard drive, while compressing unused bits to save space. What I like most about this utility is that A) it can be scheduled to backup to network drives and B) It supports bare medal recoveries, i.e.: no more installing the OS then restoring from a incremental backup.
  14. NOD32 – Norton? Mcafee? Forget about it! NOD32 is the very best Anti-Virus solution I’ve been able to find for the end user. Where other applications try to do all sorts of security tasks, NOD32 does one thing and it does it extremely well! NOD32 will protect your filesystem and will monitor and protect your Internet activity, including email client and it wont bug the crap out of you like those other applications do. The ONLY freeware anti-virus solution I’ve found that I like is AVG and it’s not even close. NOD32 catches more “in the wild” viruses than all others. It’s well worth the minimal cost. Check their awards. The reason you don’t see more from this company is because their app doesn’t hold user’s hands for them. However, when properly setup, this app blows away all other anti-virus solutions and it doesn’t slow your computer down doing it!
  15. SQLyog – This application comes in the Community version for those with limited MySQL DB admin needs. For those of us who manage multiple databases on a regular basis, there’s the Enterprise version, which is very reasonably priced. In short, SQLyog is an amazing MySQL administration utility. Some of the features of this app include automated DB backups, DB conversions and SSH and HTTPS tunneling for sessions. If you do a lot of DBA work with MySQL, this app is a must have!
  16. WinSCP – Say goodbye to failed transfers and corrupted files! This application enables you to transfer files and folders over a SSH connection using the SCP/SFTP protocols. In addition to being more reliable, your file transfers are encrypted for enhanced security. To use this program, your web host will have to support SSH connections that are not “jailed”.
  17. PuTTY – When combined with WinSCP, this command line utility for SSH rounds out your SSH needs. PuTTY is a feature-packed SSH client that makes working on the command line enjoyable. Well, if you’re into that sort of thing. :-D
  18. BitComet – Hey! Don’t give me that look! There are legitimate uses for bit torrent clients. One good use is downloading the latest and greatest release of CentOS, my favorite Linux distro.
  19. Opera – Opera is a fantastic alternate browser. I mainly use it for testing design compatibility, but there are occasions when I use it to connect to sites that time out in Firefox or IE. If Opera supported the plugins I use for work, I would be hard pressed to find a reason to not convert to using this browser full-time.
  20. Safari – Safari is now available on Windows! Again, I mainly use this browser for design compatibility testing, but I have to admit, Safari is the fastest browser I’ve used. I’m also quite impressed with the quality of the output of the rendering engine. Safari brings a new level of crispness and detail to web browsing that you don’t get with other browsers. I’d like to say that I’d consider Safari as an alternate to Firefox, but its limited features and unfamiliar interface keep it off the list of considerations.
  21. iTunes – Hey! You have to have tunes to help you through the day. ;-)
  22. MultipleIEs – Are you tired of using online services to check how your design looks in IE6 and IE7? Those days are over! With MultipleIEs, you can install multiple versions of IE ranging all the way back to IE3 up to IE6. Install the latest IE7 from Microsoft and you’ve got the non-compliant browsers covered!
  23. Firefox – Ah Firefox! The dedicated work horse (and memory hog). Putting the memory leaks aside, Firefox has become and indispensable tool in my arsenal. More specifically, Firefox combined with a half dozen plugins has become one of my primary tools.
  24. Thunderbird – If you use a local mail client and you have not tried Thunderbird, you are truly missing out! Thunderbird is, IMHO, the best email client on the market.
  25. Mozilla Backup – If you use Firefox, Thunderbird, Mozilla Suite/Sea Monkey, or Netscape, this tool is an essential addition to your tool kit. Mozilla Backup quickly and reliably backs up your Mozilla profiles. Restoration is a snap as well. A must have to backup those precious bookmarks, emails or passwords.

And now, as promised +1.

  1. Camtasia Studio – When the buzz started about this program now being available for free, I initially dismissed it. After all, I had been using Wink for years with great success. However, after giving this application a try, I have to say that it has replaced Wink as my favorite utility for capturing videos of screen activity. While I wouldn’t pay for this app, given how good Wink is for free, now that it’s available for free, I would highly recommend it.

You have read my two cents. Now have your say!
Do you know of any other free applications that are essential tools in your arsenal?
Do you use alternatives to any of the above applications that you feel are better? Why?

Theme Change… For Now

Nov 25 2007 Published by JMorris under Announcements

Some of you may have noticed some theme changes going on here yesterday. While I love the Glossy Blue theme by N.Design Studio, the narrow width of that layout (770px) was a bit limited for my tastes. I’ve now switched to the Blogging Pro theme from Design Disease.

I’ve updated the Blogging Pro layout to make use of widgets (5 zones) and have added some additional features that are specific to this site. If the author of the Blogging Pro theme is interested, I would be happy to contribute my changes back to his excellent work once I have the bugs worked out.

Eventually, I intend to design a unique theme specifically for this site. However, since there are so many high quality free themes available for Wordpress, I simply have not been feeling overly pressured to make a unique theme for this site.

I hope you like the new, more flexible layout. As always, comments and feedback are welcome.

Listen to Papa

Nov 24 2007 Published by JMorris under General, Music

Sometimes, inspiration can come from the most unexpected places. This is particularly true of music. At least, that is the case for me. I find listening to a wide variety of music helps me to stay open minded. This helps keep the creative juices flowing, which I then apply to family, work, and play.

Often times, when I’m listening to music, I don’t really hear so much of what is being said. This is rather intentional as I tend to listen to quite a bit of music dominated by rather explicit lyrics. I choose to ignore the expletives and focus on the music itself. However, there are times that I put on my headphones, lean back in my chair, and listen intently on what the artist is saying and try to relate the lyrics to my life. Sure, the artist may have their own meaning for their words, but I have my own interpretation as well.

One group I’ve been listening to quite a bit lately is Papa Roach. I like their aggressive Hip-Hop/Hard Rock blend. Their sound could easily be described as powerful. Thick drums, rapid attack guitar riffs, and aggressive lyrics dominate their style. I liken their lyrical content to teenage angst all grown up.

Putting aside the generalizations of their sound and lyrics, there is one song of theirs that has been stuck in my head a lot. For some reason, I just can’t seem to shake it for long. Tonight, it came to me as I sat down to review the day’s RSS Feeds… This song could be an anthem for those who take the bold step of starting their own online venture. The song is “Not Listening” and here are the lyrics.

Papa Roach – Not Listening

I’m not listening, not anymore
The more I learn, the more I ignore
I’m not listening, not anymore
The more I hear, the more I ignore
No I’m not listening, not anymore, No

Cause You gotta be bigger, be faster, be stronger
if your gonna survive any longer
in this lifetime, it better be the right time
the first time might be your last time
am I a failure if I got nothing to lose
No, I’m not a failure, I got something to prove

Chorus:
I’m not listening, not anymore
The more I learn, the more I ignore
I’m not listening, not anymore
The more I hear, the more I ignore, the more I ignore

Cause I’ve lost my innocence
and I’m a stranger, A life changer
I’m a man thats not afraid of danger
I walk my own path, and blaze my own trail
because I’m not afraid to derail
I won’t get in line or be a middle man
so f*** you I’ll make my own plan
and I got respect and I dont neglect
the people that i really care to protect
am I a failure if I got nothing to lose
No, I’m not a failure, I got something to prove

[Chorus]

I told you before, wont listen anymore
I told you before, lets settle the score
I told you before, wont listen anymore
I told you before, lets settle the score

If not me then who?
If not now then when? X2

[Chorus]

I told you before, wont listen anymore
I told you before, lets settle the score
I told you before, wont listen anymore
I told you before, lets settle the score

Set it off right now
Blow it up, set it off
F*** it up, set it off
Blow it up, Blow it up right now

If reading the lyrics alone are not enough to wet your appetite, here is the studio version of the song.

Taking this song on surface value, it might be a bit difficult for some to get the correlation between this song and starting an online venture. Rightly so. There’s nothing in the lyrics that even remotely implies business or the Internet. However, if you take a moment to step outside the tiny box of taking things literally, you can easily see how this can be related. Let’s break the song down an analyze it a bit closer.

Turn a Deaf Ear to the Naysayers

I’m not listening, not anymore
The more I learn, the more I ignore
I’m not listening, not anymore
The more I hear, the more I ignore
No I’m not listening, not anymore, No

When you announced to your friends and/or family that you were going to start your own online venture/business/blog, how many of them had a pessimistic view? The fact is, a lot of people are pessimistic about online opportunities. Some of this is due to ignorance, and some of this is due to the naysayer’s own failures. Whatever the reason, you cannot allow someone else’s negativity poison your goals. If you believe that you can be successful online, then you can.

Hard Lessons Must Be Learned

Cause You gotta be bigger, be faster, be stronger
if your gonna survive any longer
in this lifetime, it better be the right time
the first time might be your last time
am I a failure if I got nothing to lose
No, I’m not a failure, I got something to prove

If you think for one minute that you’re going to be a success overnight, you are either the luckiest S.O.B. on the face of the earth, or you’ve got a very rude awakening coming, which is most likely. The fact is, starting any venture is work and lots of it. Along with that work comes hard lessons to learn. What the above verse illustrates to me is some of these lessons. Those lessons include:

  • The market is extremely competitive (most markets anyways). Know your competition and be prepared to take them on, toe to toe. You will have to prove how you are the better alternative.
  • There is no better time than now. If you don’t step up and do it now, the opportunity will pass.
  • If you are not truly prepared to take on this challenge, your first attempt could be your last attempt. Make sure you are ready to play the game.
  • Do not waste your time with self-doubt. You are not a failure unless you accept failure.
  • Be prepared to prove yourself. Everyone else is expecting you to prove yourself.

It’s An Uphill Battle. Your Stamina Will Be Tested.

  • There is a certain degree of naiveté when you first start out. People may act nice and like they are willing to help, but don’t be foolish. Just like in the physical world, there are people out there that will take every dime you own and wont loose a second of sleep over it.
  • Until you’ve built a name for yourself, you will be a stranger in every place you go online. You have to make your own name. Often times, this requires a significant life change because of the time you have to invest in building your brand/image.
  • There are dangers and calculated risks around every corner. You have to be prepared to face the dangers and take the calculated risks as they come.
  • How much more clear can you get than, “I walk my own path, and blaze my own trail”?
  • You better not be afraid to fail or occasionally get off track because that is a normal part of the process. How you handle these set backs will help determine your success.
  • If you spend your time following the masses, you are just another one of the heard waiting for the slaughter. You have to find your own niche, your own identity, your own style. Being the middleman isn’t much better. It’s like being the Shepard’s dog. You’re not necessarily one of the heard, but you’re also not the one reaping the bulk of the benefits. Instead, the Sheppard throws you scraps for doing the bulk of the work.
  • How many “fool proof plans”, have you read? How many times have you seen a book or site taught *The Plan* for success. Don’t waste your money! Instead, do your homework, find reputable information and devise your own success plan based on your goals. What may be successful for Joe Guru might not net you a single penny. Don’t fall for snake oil.
  • Hard work, dedication, and belief in yourself will show and will earn you respect.
  • Don’t put your family on the back burner while you chase success. Your family is your greatest asset and greatest source of strength. Protect that asset by not neglecting them.
  • Again, because we all need a reminder, you are only a failure if you accept failure.
  • You never stop proving yourself.

I’m Good Enough, I’m Smart Enough, and Gosh Darn It, People Like Me!

If not me then who?
If not now then when?
If not now then when?

  • If YOU don’t go out and make your own success, someone else will take your place. If YOU think YOU can do it, then who has the right to say you cannot?
  • The longer you wait, the less likely you will succeed.
  • Procrastination precedes failure. Waiting until tomorrow is waiting until it is too late.

Can I Get a “G”? Can I Get a “O”? What’s That Spell? GO!

Set it off right now
Blow it up, set it off
F*** it up, set it off
Blow it up, Blow it up right now

You’re still reading this post? Get out there, right now, and forge your path to success!

You’ve read my two cents. Now have your say!
Do you find inspiration in music?
Do you take music literally, or do you filter it through your own perspective?
Do you believe that success is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration?
After reading this post, do you feel jacked up and ready to take on the world? If not, read it again with the song playing! :-)
